Xavi says he would ‘love’ to manage in the Premier League after being tipped to replace Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham.
Postecoglou is still in contention to end the season with a trophy as Spurs are one game away from reaching the Europa League final.
However, the 59-year-old is under huge pressure due to Spurs’ woeful Premier League campaign where his side currently sit 16th in the table with 38 points from 35 games.
Xavi, meanwhile, U-turned on his decision to leave Barcelona last season but ended up being sacked in May after ending the campaign without a trophy.
The 45-year-old, who guided Barca to the La Liga title in 2023, is now among the favourites to succeed Postecoglou at Spurs and says he is keen on a move to England.
‘There’s no hurry for me, but I’d like a good project,’ Xavi said in an interview with The Athletic.

‘Like, ‘You have four years to work and make a project’. I’d love to work in the Premier League because I love the passion there. In Spain, it’s too much about the result.
